This class teaches you the precise techniques for making perfect French macarons. You will learn how to make a French meringue for the macaron shells and prepare a delicious buttercream and unique filling.

I will guide you through the process and provide tips and tricks for making the perfect macarons. You will have hands-on experience in every step, from mixing the ingredients to piping the macaron shells to filling them with the perfect filling.

At the end of the class, you will take home your beautifully baked macarons along with all the recipes used in the class. You will have the knowledge and confidence to recreate these delicate and delicious treats at home.

The class accommodates up to 2 students.

Appropriate for ages 10 and older.

CLASS TIME: 10 am to 1 pm

CLASS LOCATION: Moss Bluff - The address will be emailed after the class is booked.

Cancellation Policy: Advance notice, greater than 3 days prior to the workshop, is eligible for full credit transfer to use in other programs based on availability. Direct refunds are not offered.
