Eclairs, Cream Puffs and More - June 19
In this class, you will learn the techniques for making perfect Choux Paste, which we will turn into Eclairs and Cream Puffs. You will fill the Eclairs with Vanilla Bean Pastry Cream and the Cream Puffs with Lightly Sweetened Whipped Cream. You’ll make ganache to finish your Eclairs and Cream Puffs.
I will guide you through the process and provide tips and tricks for making the Choux. You will have hands-on experience in every process step, from mixing the ingredients to piping the eclairs and puffs to filling them perfectly.
At the end of the class, you will take home your beautifully baked Eclairs and Puffs, along with all the recipes used in the class. You will have the knowledge and confidence to recreate these delicate and delicious treats at home.
The class accommodates up to 2 students.
Appropriate for ages 10 and older.
CLASS TIME: 10 am to 1 pm
