CLASS DESCRIPTION: Cheer on the good old USA by serving this colorful cake. Learn a simple piping technique using an open star tip 18 to add decorative rows of hearts made of icing shells that give this cake some stately appeal.

The shell is one of the most versatile icing decorations. Use it to pipe a simple border or pipe rows of shells to accent or cover a cake. Try piping shells in multiple colors and in combination with other decorations like dots or zigzags to create your own unique designs!

 The cake will be setup and rough iced prior to class. We will all pipe shell hearts on the sides of the cake , but you will decide how you want to decorate the top of the cake! Will it be Swirls, Dots, Sprinkles or a combination?

CLASS COST: $65, all supplies included. Students under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Bring an apron and beverages are allowed.
