French Macarons Hands on Demonstration
You will be participating in a group experience that will surely be lots of fun and insightful. I will demonstrate the techniques used to make Macarons using the French method, discuss ingredients, the necessary equipments and much more.
Learn the history, anatomy and vocabulary of these delicate cookies. You will get hands-on experience by mixing batter, piping macarons and filling macarons.
You will leave with your personal box of macarons and a new set of baking skills.
Class size is limited to 7 students.
