MARDI GRAS COOKIE CLASS

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Learn to decorate cookies using basic royal icing techniques.  This is a beginner’s class where you will learn how to outline and fill -in your cookie design. You will learn to use different consistencies of royal icing.  Learn to decorate with and without piping tips, so you don’t need any special equipment to recreate these at home.

You will have 6 large cookies to decorate; t-shirt with beads, king cake, fleur-de-lis, music note, crown, and mask.

Class size is limited to 7 students.
