This exciting class will teach us the art of baking 12 delicious cupcakes and a delightful bento cake. The bento cake is a mini 4-inch cake perfect for any occasion. We will also discover the secrets of making smooth, creamy buttercream that perfectly complements our sweet treats.
We will be using 7 cupcakes to create a cupcake bouquet. Additionally, in keeping with the floral theme, we’ll decorate the remaining cupcakes and bento cake. To add a touch of elegance to our desserts, we will learn how to pipe beautiful floral decorations in vibrant spring colors.
By the end of the class, you will have gained the knowledge and skills to impress your friends and family with your baking abilities. You will be able to create stunning desserts for any event.
Age: The class is appropriate for ages 9 and older. We will use piping bags, offset spatula, and other cake decorating equipment. Class size is limited to 2 students only.
