These Mini Chocolate Galettes des Rois are as delicious as traditional brioche king cakes. This class teaches you how to make a quick-puff pastry and Chocolate Frangipane. You will make and fill 5 - four-inch galettes, learn the scoring techniques, and take home a gold paper crown and a porcelain feve that can be later inserted into one of your galettes. Remember to let them know whoever gets the feve “aka the baby,” is king or queen of the day.
