Chantilly Lace Cake

In this 3-hour baking class, you will make a 3-layer white almond cake, simple syrup, and Chantilly cream. You will fill the layers with fresh berries and pipe the cake in the traditional “Chantilly Lace” style.
Class Time: 9:30 to 12:30
Class Location: My home in Moss Bluff (address will be emailed when class is booked)
Class Cost: $95 per student
Class size is 2 students maximum - kids or adults.
Be aware: Students will be slicing their own fruit and learning to torte their cakes.
