This delightful dessert is a perfect choice for the festive season. It's made of a classic chocolate sponge cake rolled around a sweet cream filling. The cake is then covered with whipped chocolate ganache and textured, which gives it a striking look of a fallen log in the forest, only in this case, a delicious one! Add sugared cranberries and meringue mushrooms, and it‘s almost too pretty to eat…almost!
