In this class, you will learn the techniques to bake a deliciously moist chocolate 3-layer cake, and decorate with chocolate buttercream, and chocolate-dipped strawberries. If you want, give it a touch of Valentine’s day by adding sprinkles, candy hearts, and pink chocolate drip, or keep it classic with all semi-sweet chocolate.

This is a baking class taught in my home kitchen in Moss Bluff. The class is for kids or adults. Kids 8 and older with some baking/cake decorating experience do best in the class.

This class accommodates 2 students. Beverages and snacks are welcome.
