This is a hands-on macaron baking class. Learn the history, anatomy, and vocabulary of these delicate cookies. You will get hands-on experience by mixing and coloring the batter, piping macarons, and filling macarons.

This class is limited to 2 students. Class is taught in my home kitchen in Moss Bluff. The address will be provided after the class is booked.

Class Cost: $85 per student

Class starts at 9 am and runs about 3 hours. Bring a beverage or snack if desired.
