CLASS DESCRIPTION: Learn the techniques to create 6 beautiful cupcakes topped with local favorite blooms; Magnolia, Dogwood, Gardenia, Camellia, Hydrangea and Daisy.

Students will learn to achieve realistic results using buttercream with a variety of piping tips and piping techniques.
