CLASS DESCRIPTION: In this class; you will learn the techniques to create a multi-layered American Flag Cake that is sure to be a hit at any 4th of July celebration.

The cake will be made using layers of red and blue cake with white buttercream in between.

You’ll learn the “pulled star” piping technique to frost your cake with red, white and blue buttercream.

The techniques learned will be used to finish a 6’ layer cake that each student will take home.
