CLASS DESCRIPTION: Learn to make an ice cream sundae-themed cupcake cake using 10 cupcakes and a 6-inch round cake. Top off your sundae with a Cherry made from modeling chocolate.

Skills taught in this class include; how to carve cake, make a cake using cupcakes, and creative piping techniques.

The skills learned in this class can be used in cake and cookie decorating.

The class is appropriate for adults or one adult and one child. A paring knife will be used to carve the bowl so children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
